Two ways to get a document with a record behind it: Certicare writes the letter, or you upload a form you already completed and signed.

- Register forms you completedUpload an employer or insurer form you have already filled in and signed. It gets the same record ID, issuance log, and written verification as a letter.
- Your own letterheadSet up your practice identity once. Every letter carries your name, credentials, and contact details.
