How the trial and billing work

How does the free trial work?

Apply, pass credential review, and choose a plan. Your first 14 days are free with full access to that plan's limits, and no payment card is needed to start. Near the end of the trial we email you to set up billing.

What happens when the trial ends?

If you subscribe, billing starts and nothing else changes. If you don't, your account pauses and you can no longer issue documents. Issuance records for documents you created during the trial are retained, so those documents remain verifiable.

Can I change plans later?

Yes. Upgrades take effect right away so you can keep issuing; downgrades take effect at your next billing month.

How does cancellation work?

Cancel anytime. Your plan ends at the close of the billing month and you keep access until then. Partial months are not refunded, and your issuance records stay available for verification.
