Certicare exists so that provider-issued documents are simple to create, and simple for recipients to verify in writing.
Work and school documentation lives in an awkward gap. Patients need letters quickly. Providers rebuild the same letters over and over in word processors. And when an employer or school wants to confirm a document is real, the request usually lands as a phone call in the middle of clinic hours, or it never gets answered at all and honest patients sit under suspicion.
Certicare closes that gap. Documents issued through the platform follow a consistent, professional format, every issuance is logged in a record, and verification requests are handled in writing through a defined process. Recipients get a real answer; providers get their phone line back.
Founder · Board-certified Family Nurse Practitioner, licensed in New York
Rebecca is a licensed nurse practitioner who founded Certicare after years of seeing the same problem from the clinician's side: documentation that takes too long to produce and is too hard for recipients to trust.
She began with Certicare's patient-facing telehealth documentation service at certicare.org, where every document already carries an issuance record and a written verification route. The provider platform brings that same system to other licensed clinicians and practices.
Certicare is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or acting on behalf of any employer, government agency, union, or insurer. Verification answers go to recipients without favor in either direction.
Whether to issue a document, and what it says, is always the treating provider's decision. Certicare supplies the documentation and the verification process. The clinical opinion is yours alone.
Verification confirms that a document was issued and that it matches the issuance record. Nothing is released automatically, and no verification happens by phone.
